The charity now operates ten clinic locations throughout Dublin each weekday evening, offering comprehensive clinical examinations and treatments.

For more complex cases, pets are referred to their Inchicore clinic. The Irish Blue Cross takes a practical and caring approach to their work, with a dedicated veterinary team providing information and support to pet owners, ensuring their pets lead happy and healthy lives. Over the years, they have treated over half a million family pets, and the demand for affordable veterinary care continues to grow.

In addition to their small animal clinic, The Irish Blue Cross operates a horse ambulance service, attending all Irish racecourses and events to assist injured horses. The organization relies heavily on donations and the support of volunteers to sustain their work. They host various fundraising events throughout the year, including the popular Bark in the Park™ sponsored dog walk.
