Founded in 2018 by Karine Bah Tahé in response to the #metoo movement, Blue Level was established to address the pressing need for impactful education to combat harassment and promote fairness. With a mission to make the world a better place, Blue Level offers a range of services including eLearning, workshops, speaker engagements, and consulting in DEI and anti-racism.

Karine Bah Tahé, a passionate advocate for social justice, has spent over a decade in various roles related to training and inclusion, working with global leaders from multiple sectors. The company prides itself on its research-backed curriculum developed by both BIPOC and non-BIPOC DEI experts.
