About BLUELINE
SORT FLUID is a revolutionary technology that allows for the dry density sorting of heterogeneous particle mixtures, offering exceptional separation precision. This innovative technology utilizes a dry fluidized bed of very fine particles, enabling heavy metals to sink while light metals and other lightweight materials float. The process is continuous, with the heavy material being circulated, and the products being discharged via discharge ramps.
By incorporating sieving immediately after the sorting process, SORT FLUID minimizes contamination from the bed material. This versatile sorting aggregate can be applied to particle mixtures ranging from 4 - 70 mm, with plans to expand its capabilities to separate metal-plastic mixtures in the future. Its applications range from residues from thermal processes to mixed metal or ZORBA fractions.
