About Blu Line Designs
blu line designs is a planning, landscape architecture, and urban design firm that has been serving the Intermountain West since 2008. The name of our firm is inspired by the non-photo blue pencil, which is known for producing a shade of blue that is undetectable by photocopiers. This pencil allows designers to sketch their ideas in blue without the sketch lines showing up in the final product.
At blu line designs, we believe that our designs cannot be successfully imitated, just like the non-photo blue pencil. Our design process is driven by close collaboration with our clients to understand their needs and constraints. We use graphic communication to illustrate our vision, leveraging both loose concept sketches and photorealistic animations.
Our expertise lies in working with communities, municipalities, institutions, and individuals to create distinctive and functional spaces for living, working, and playing. Contact us at 801-679-3157 or visit our office in Sandy, UT
