Jim Ludwig’s Blumengarten is a locally owned Pittsburgh florist with five generations of experience in the flower business. Located on Penn Avenue in the Strip District, the shop creates floral arrangements and gifts for everyday moments, celebrations, and times of remembrance. Its selection includes fresh-cut flowers, roses, seasonal designs, tropical and blooming plants, dish gardens, planters, and gourmet fruit and snack baskets. Customers can choose arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, get-well wishes, new babies, holidays, and sympathy, including funeral tributes, casket sprays, standing sprays, and memorial gifts.

Blumengarten also provides wedding and event flowers, helping couples bring their ideas to life with designs tailored to their budget. Its team coordinates with venue staff and wedding planners, and remains on site to help ensure flowers reach attendants and honored guests. The florist offers delivery throughout the greater Pittsburgh area, including to local hospitals, with same-day service for qualifying orders placed before 11 a.m. Customers may order online or speak with the shop’s floral experts.
