About Birmingham Metro Baptist Association
BhamMetro is a renowned brand dedicated to making disciples and having a positive impact in the community. Established in 1833, Birmingham Metro Baptist Association (BMBA) brings together 180 local churches in a cooperative effort to address the needs of the community through mission and service opportunities. By working together, these churches can achieve far more than any individual church could accomplish alone.
BMBA offers a wide range of ministries and services, including church planting and revitalization consultations, disaster relief, food distribution, and adoption of local stations. They also provide resources and support for pastors and church administration, such as training videos and search committee tools. The association takes pride in its rich history, with many of the current churches being established through BMBA's missionary work.
Additionally, BMBA organizes year-round activities, including block parties, outreach events, mission trips, and disaster relief work, enabling church members to bear witness to their neighbors and make a positive impact in their community.
