BMI Doctors

BMI Doctors is a nationwide telemedicine medical weight-loss practice serving patients in 48 states. The service connects patients with board-certified medical professionals for personalized evaluation and treatment, with no insurance requirement, contracts, or stated hidden fees. Its programs focus on prescription weight-loss medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide; options described on the site include oral sublingual medications and semaglutide injections. Prescriptions are offered only when clinicians determine that treatment is appropriate.

The process begins with online onboarding and comprehensive blood work through Quest Diagnostics, followed by an individual doctor consultation. If approved, patients receive medication and supplies shipped to their homes, with access to a dashboard for health information and progress. BMI Doctors presents its approach as a medically supervised alternative to weight-loss programs that rely on questionnaires alone, emphasizing lab testing, clinician guidance, and ongoing care. The website promotes monthly plans and highlights patient stories and reported weight-loss outcomes, while noting that results vary and depend on individual factors and lifestyle changes.
