网通传奇手游发布网 is a Chinese-language portal focused on listings and information for “Wangtong” Legend mobile games and private servers. Its pages organize content into sections covering private-server updates, newly opened servers, mobile releases, and server publication resources. Visitors can browse dated articles, rankings, game recommendations, and guides related to classic Legend titles, including topics such as bosses, maps, equipment, game versions, and server opening schedules.

The site also highlights individual games and their features. One featured title, 天下大乱传奇, is described as offering Warrior, Mage, and Taoist roles, castle battles, alliance competition, promotional benefits, and updated visuals. Other listings refer to varied formats, including retro, single-class, and modified versions. The portal presents itself as a discovery resource for players seeking information about Legend-style games and servers, rather than as a game developer. It states that it supports officially authorized games, opposes illegal activity, and asks rights holders to contact the site about potentially infringing material, which it says may originate online.
