Bnei Arazim

Bnei Arazim is an Israeli therapeutic center for children and adolescents, named in memory of Dr. Yitzhak Blank. Its mission is to help young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs, prevent repeated psychiatric hospitalizations, and support their development and integration into the community. The organization operates two residential frameworks, Bnei Arazim Gilad and Bnei Arazim Ma’oz, alongside the Bnei Arazim school.

Care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of educators and professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, special education teachers, counselors, speech and occupational therapists, and creative and movement therapists. The center’s approach combines daily physical activity, education, clear boundaries, individual and group therapy, intensive work with parents, and efforts to strengthen parental authority. Residents also take part in enrichment and sports activities and community volunteering.

Bnei Arazim emphasizes children’s safety, with trained staff present around the clock and ongoing supervision. Its services are designed to provide structured, sustained support for young people and their families, helping each child build skills, pursue an appropriate future, and move toward greater independence.
