BNW

The Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft gemeinnützige GmbH (BNW) is a significant player in promoting basic education and skills development in Germany. Recognizing the relevance of the AlphaGrund project for the German economy, BNW has joined forces with other Business Education Institutions in eight federal states to form AlphaGrund vernetzt. This collaboration aims to expand educational offerings and enhance the quality of in-house training programs for businesses.

Through AlphaGrund vernetzt, BNW supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in improving their employees' basic education. By providing onsite training within the familiar work environment, participants can achieve better learning outcomes. Moreover, BNW offers guidance in didactic and technical aspects to further enhance the quality of these programs.

Developing a solid foundation in basic education allows less qualified workers to access further training and qualification measures, leading to career advancement. BNW, as a partner to businesses, is committed to supporting SMEs on this journey.
