Boardmatch are the only Irish charity that specialises in helping charities develop their boards by connecting them with people looking to become Charity Trustees. Through our online matching website, we facilitate the matching of people and Not-For-Profit board vacancies, through skills, location, and a charity's focus. We also provide charities and individuals with training for joining charity boards, and corporate programmes that engage employees, develop skills, and give back to Irish Charities and Not-For-Profits.

About Boardmatch Ireland
Boardmatch Ireland is a leading Irish charity that specializes in charity board recruitment. With over 1,000 not-for-profits registered with us, our core objective is to build the governance capacity of these boards. We believe that the right balance of skilled voluntary trustees is essential for not-for-profits to respond to changes, meet sector challenges, and achieve their strategic objectives.
To fulfill this objective, Boardmatch offers a range of services. Firstly, we provide a free online matching service that connects individuals from the corporate/public sectors with not-for-profit boards. Additionally, we offer a bespoke Premium Board Search service for not-for-profit organizations.
We also develop and provide training packages and other support for boards. Since our establishment in 2005, we have facilitated the appointment of over 3,500 individuals to the boards of not-for-profits. Our team, led by our CEO Eva Gurn, is dedicated to making boards more diverse, innovative, and effective.
