About Board of Good
The Board of Good is a citizen-led, non-profit initiative dedicated to empowering Mauritian women leaders. Our mission is to promote access to board and leadership positions while providing support to our members on their leadership journey. We believe that women can be a force for good and that ensuring their equal participation in decision-making is crucial for a better tomorrow.
Our vision is to have 500 Mauritian women leaders in game-changing positions by 2030, driving mindful and sustainable decisions. To achieve this, we collaborate with exceptional women leaders and businesses who prioritize inclusive decision-making. Through our initiatives, we aim to create trusted connections and lifelong friendships, fostering continuous sharing and learning.
We also support the next generation of women leaders by offering a support network to expand their skills and boldly impact boards and leadership teams. Join us in our efforts to empower Mauritian women leaders by subscribing to our register of Mauritian women directors. Together, we can create a more inclusive and influential leadership landscape.
