Board This Flight is a Greater Phoenix Area catering business specializing in premium inflight charcuterie. Founded by Katy and Katie, the brand grew from their shared hospitality experience and enjoyment of creating and assembling charcuterie spreads. The idea emerged after Katy’s husband, a corporate pilot, was often stocking private jets with mundane items. The founders saw an opportunity to give passengers a more delicious and diverse culinary experience that complements the luxury of private air travel.
Board This Flight offers fresh, artfully crafted boards designed for an elevated, indulgent journey. Its featured products include Classic Charcuterie, Mini Charcuterie, and an Event Grazing Table. Customers can browse the product range and contact the team to discuss an order; the business invites prospective customers to submit their information for a follow-up.
Board This Flight serves the Greater Phoenix Area, including local FBOs and Deer Valley Airport, Mesa Gateway, Phoenix Sky Harbor, and Scottsdale Airport.
