Bobbi Carducci, known as The Imperfect Caregiver, is a caregiver advocate, speaker, author, and certified caregiving consultant and educator. Drawing on her seven years caring for her father-in-law, Rodger, she shares practical guidance with honesty, compassion, and humor to help people caring for ageing family members feel less alone. Her services include caregiving consulting, with a free 30-minute phone consultation, and educational presentations for caregiver events and conferences. She also leads caregiver support groups and offers a webinar series focused on the six stages of caregiving, emphasizing support for the caregiver.

Carducci shares information and perspectives through podcasts, videos, audio, print media, and other resources. She and her husband, Mike, formerly co-hosted the Dementia Spotlight Podcast and Rodger That Podcast, addressing dementia and caregiving challenges. Her books include Confessions of an Imperfect Caregiver and Caregiver – You Are Not Alone. Through her consulting, speaking, writing, and media work, Carducci aims to help caregivers navigate the demands of caring for loved ones.
