Rosario Boccarossa offers Italian gastronomy and tailored culinary services in Beaune, Megève and throughout Haute-Savoie. Born and trained in Italy, Rosario brings more than 20 years of experience and a passion for the culinary arts to private dining and special events, with a style inspired by “La Dolce Vita.” The business creates personalized menus shaped around clients’ tastes and budgets, and provides free estimates and information for prospective customers.

Services include catering for receptions and weddings, with an Italian touch for memorable celebrations, as well as an at-home chef service for hosts who want to enjoy their guests. For longer stays, a private chef can accompany clients in family or professional settings for periods of one or several weeks. Rosario also offers cooking lessons in clients’ homes, sharing the techniques, tips and traditions of Mediterranean cuisine. Whether planning an event, arranging a private meal or learning new skills, customers can discuss their needs directly with the chef and request a bespoke proposal.
