Bodegas Arfe is a Jerez winery devoted exclusively to producing Palo Cortado de la Cruz de 1767, a distinctive, award-winning sherry. The wine was created in 2000 by Luis Arroyo Felices, a winemaker and chemist with specialist training in enology and experience at established bodegas. Made from Palomino grapes, it was carefully guided through twenty years of ageing to develop the character of this traditionally enigmatic style.

Its oxidative ageing brings together a fine, delicate nose reminiscent of old Amontillado with the structure and lasting finish associated with old Oloroso. The winery describes it as frank, balanced and expressive of the depth of Jerez wine. Bodegas Arfe offers the wine through its online shop in individual 75-cl bottles and presentation cases of three or six bottles.
