Bodies in Motion is a local company based in Boise, Idaho that has been igniting activity and encouraging empowerment in the community for over 20 years. Originally a martial arts school, the company has evolved to offer a range of programs and activities. Founded by Duncan and Rachel Richardson, Bodies in Motion now provides a variety of services catering to different age groups and interests.
For children, Bodies in Motion offers camps, open play sessions, infant and toddler care, preschool, after-school care, and birthday parties. They also have programs for adults such as kickboxing, bootcamp, and fitness classes. Furthermore, Bodies in Motion is known for their Ninja Warrior classes and resources, providing tutorials on various obstacles and offering a chance to compete.
