Bodyport

Bodyport is a biomarker-guided digital therapeutics company focused on improving the monitoring and management of complex chronic conditions, particularly those related to fluid management and heart failure. Its FDA-cleared Cardiac Scale makes at-home monitoring simple: patients step onto the device for under 30 seconds while sensors noninvasively measure weight, peripheral impedance, pulse rate, and balance. The measurements are sent over a cellular connection to care teams within minutes.

Bodyport’s connected software platform helps healthcare professionals review long-term trends, prioritize patients, and make more informed remote-care decisions. Its Congestion Index combines measurements from the scale into a composite metric that can provide insight into changes associated with worsening congestion. The clinical portal offers customizable monitoring rules, patient prioritization, and longitudinal data, with API and EHR integrations to support existing workflows. Optional patient-facing tools, activity tracking, and documentation features help support engagement and remote patient monitoring operations. Bodyport’s technology has been evaluated in clinical studies, with findings published in peer-reviewed journals.
