BodySlims is a weight-loss brand offering a structured 10-week programme designed to change participants’ thinking and habits rather than rely on restrictive dieting alone. Its approach combines mindset guidance with simple exercise, calorie management and practical information about food, with the aim of supporting weight loss while reducing shame around food and body image. The programme is open to people with a range of goals and at different stages of their journey.
Delivered online, the programme runs on Wednesdays and costs €250 for the complete 10 weeks. Participants receive guidance through each stage, including a daily calorie target and tools available through the BodySlims app. These include a programme overview, walk tracker, food log, progress dashboard, motivational videos, walking playlists and a way to contact the team with questions. Weekly topics cover habits, eating, goals, nourishment and maintaining changes.
BodySlims also shares participant success stories and introduces its head coach, Carla, whose personal experience informs the programme.
