Bodytrak

Bodytrak develops wearable safety technology designed to help organisations protect workers and improve workplace safety. Its core product is an in-ear monitoring device with sensors that track individual physiological responses, including core body temperature and heart rate. The data is analysed on the device and in the cloud, enabling real-time alerts to workers and supervisors when preset risk thresholds are exceeded.

The Bodytrak platform supports heat stress prevention and also addresses fatigue, lone-worker safety, noise exposure and musculoskeletal disorder prevention. Features include geolocation, geofencing, a user-activated alarm and automated reports, helping organisations monitor risks, respond to incidents and identify trends in safety performance. The in-ear design is intended to provide consistent readings during movement and changing environmental conditions.

Bodytrak serves organisations across sectors including mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, emergency services, defence, and scientific and research settings. Its website also offers resources such as news and insights, frequently asked questions and guidance on workplace heat stress.
