Bokura no Ie is a Tokyo-based architecture and design studio and homebuilding company, based in Meguro and serving areas including Setagaya and Suginami. It creates distinctive, art-inspired homes shaped around each client’s lifestyle, interests, and personal vision. The team provides an integrated service spanning custom-home planning, architectural design and construction, renovation, and aftercare, aiming to support clients throughout the life of their home.

Its portfolio includes urban houses with features such as basements, courtyards, roof terraces, built-in garages, soundproof rooms, and adaptable spaces for families and pets. The company also designs bespoke furniture, storage, kitchens, stairs, and other interior elements, combining materials such as wood, steel, glass, and stone. In addition to building-related work, Bokura no Ie assists with land searches, real estate utilization, inheritance concerns, and legal consultations. Clients can explore its design approach, construction methods, warranties, and homebuilding process, and attend consultations in person or online. The studio’s philosophy encourages clients to speak openly and create homes that genuinely excite them, rather than simply conforming to conventional expectations.
