About Bolette Roed
Bolette Roed is a renowned Danish recorder soloist with a wide repertoire that spans from medieval and Renaissance to baroque and contemporary music. She also excels in improvisations rooted in Scandinavian traditions. Bolette Roed offers captivating performances that showcase her exceptional musical talents, bringing these historical and modern genres to life.
Aside from her captivating musical performances, Bolette Roed is also actively involved in collaborations and engagements. She has partnered with renowned musicians, including the Roed//Borregaard Duo, with whom she will be performing a selection of pieces from Bach to contemporary works by Danish composers such as Bent Lorentzen and Bent Sørensen in April 2023. Bolette has also recently established a collaboration with Granvig Artists, a leading music agency in Scandinavia specializing in classical chamber music.
In addition to her collaborations, Bolette Roed is set to appear in the upcoming Copenhagen Baroque Festival in June 2022. There, she will captivate audiences with her enchanting performance alongside the talented violin soloist Kasia Olszewska. Bolette Roed continues to add exciting concert dates to her calendar, showcasing her musical expertise alongside renowned artists such as Andreas Borregaard, Peter Navarro-Alonso, and David Hildebrandt.
