About Bolivian Amphibian
The Bolivian Amphibian Initiative (BAI) is a conservation project founded in 2003 to help prevent the extinction of endangered species in Bolivia. Guided by the belief that every species deserves to survive, the initiative works to protect amphibians and promote recognition of their importance to a healthy, diverse world. Its mission also reflects a long-term commitment to ensuring future generations can appreciate Bolivia’s unique wildlife.
BAI shares information about its impact, projects, and scientific work, alongside resources and news about amphibian conservation. It also offers learning opportunities, including a theoretical and practical course on amphibian research and conservation in Bolivia. Through these activities, the initiative connects conservation work with education and public engagement. Visitors can learn about the team and its work, explore available resources, or contact BAI to offer support and ask questions. The organization welcomes people who want to contribute to its mission, as well as those simply wishing to get in touch.
