Products include devices and systems used in procedures and ongoing treatment, such as coronary stents, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac monitors, deep brain stimulation systems, and therapies for pelvic health and cancer.

The company also supports patients, caregivers, and clinicians with device guidance, user manuals, troubleshooting, product literature, reimbursement resources, professional education, and customer services. Its work spans treatments for heart and vascular disease, digestive conditions, cancer, neurological disorders, and other health needs.

Boston Scientific announced an agreement to acquire Bolt Medical, a developer of an intravascular lithotripsy platform for coronary and peripheral artery disease. The Bolt IVL system uses acoustic pressure waves delivered through a balloon catheter to fracture arterial calcium. The planned acquisition is intended to complement Boston Scientific’s cardiovascular portfolio and support further innovation in minimally invasive care.
