BOLT PHOTO ART

Jos Bolt Photo Art presents fine art photography by Dutch artist Jos Bolt (1950–2023), whose work offers a different perspective on nature and the surrounding environment. Inspired by Impressionism, Bolt created images shaped by personal moods and emotions rather than by a precise documentary record. Using natural forms, textures and structures, he transformed his observations through abstract photography, revealing subtle qualities in his subjects while leaving space for viewers to form their own interpretations.

The collection includes landscape and nature photography, reflections, trees, winter scenes, and studies of stones, walls and urban settings. Featured projects include Romantic Trees Series, Reflection, Winter Light, Nature’s Secrets, Fascinating Landscapes, Reflections in Blue, Living Stones, Ancient Walls: The Tales They Tell, Burano – All the Colours of the Rainbow, and In the City. The site offers fine art photographs as limited-edition prints, alongside unique prints for collectors. Bolt began with black-and-white photography before moving into digital fine art photography, and his work was shown at galleries and art fairs in the Netherlands and abroad.
