Bømlo Folkehøgskule

Bømlo Folkehøgskule is a Norwegian folk high school in Finnås, on the island of Bømlo on Norway’s western coast. Set among the sea, fjords and forests, the school offers a welcoming residential community where students can learn, explore and build lasting friendships. Its full-year and half-year courses combine practical interests and personal development with travel and encounters with different cultures.

Course options include outdoor life and the sea, action sports, balance and wellbeing, African and South American studies, tropical backpacking, culinary travel by train and island hopping.
