Simple as AIP, created by Beth, is a recipe and lifestyle resource for people seeking AIP, Paleo, and allergy-friendly food. The site features dozens of approachable recipes designed to be nutritious, flavorful, and relatively quick to prepare, reflecting its guiding idea that food can support wellbeing without tasting like medicine. Visitors can explore dishes across categories such as snacks, smoothies, desserts, main meals, and seasonal cooking. Featured recipes include AIP chocolate cake, egg-free mayonnaise, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, and chicken and bok choy turmeric stir-fry, alongside options such as cherry ice cream and coconut pudding.

Beyond recipes, Simple as AIP offers practical guides and educational articles to make cooking and clean living easier to understand. Its resources include an AIP food list, a Thanksgiving planning guide, cooking instructions, and household how-tos for products such as disinfectant spray and laundry detergent. The site also covers Paleo lifestyle questions, including whether common sweeteners and ingredients are gluten-free or whether coconut is a nut.
