We are registered Architects in the State of Colorado and hold residential contractor licenses in various areas. At Bonsai, we believe in high-performance design and construction. We excel in remodels, retrofits, restorations, and renovations of historic and existing structures.
Our portfolio also includes new designs and construction, such as additions, single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and multi-family buildings. Sustainability and harmony with the environment are always at the forefront of our projects. Transparency is a core value for us.
We prioritize building strong working relationships and maintaining maximum transparency throughout the Design-Build process. Our Architectural Services are based on a fixed-fee approach, ensuring understandable and manageable costs for our clients.
