About BonTrip
BonTrip is a Polish loyalty platform operated by PRO Sp. z o.o., based in Lubin. Its mobile app connects customers with participating businesses across multiple sectors, helping users discover local partners, earn points on purchases and exchange those points for available rewards and discounts. The customer app is free to use, including access to its specialist directory and offers. BonTrip presents its service as a way to support local small businesses while helping customers find relevant solutions and benefits nearby.
For participating companies, BonTrip Partners is a separate app that enables staff to verify a customer’s code and award points for transactions directly at the point of sale. Both BonTrip and BonTrip Partners are available through the App Store and Google Play. The platform highlights mobile access, nearby benefits and straightforward ways to earn rewards. PRO Sp. z o.o. owns and operates the service, and provides technical support by email and phone. BonTrip also publishes app policies, terms, account and data removal information, and help resources.
