Boo Chi Kombucha

Boo Chi is a kombucha brand focused on traditional fermentation, organic ingredients and naturally lively drinks. It describes its kombucha as raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with each flavour made using one whole organic ingredient rather than flavourings, extracts or concentrates. Its batches are slowly brewed with organic tea using traditional methods, so the taste may vary slightly from one brew to another.

The range includes original kombucha and flavours such as turmeric, Korean ginseng, mint, strawberry and ginger, alongside sparkling drinks developed with River Cottage, including wild berry, apple and mint, and cloudy lemonade. Products are sold in 330 ml bottles, including mixed discovery packs, and the brand also offers a gently sparkling drink with a hint of rose.

Boo Chi extends its offering beyond bottled drinks with an organic home-brewing kit, which includes a Kilner jar, tea, sugar, a SCOBY, starter liquid and brewing guidance. For events, Danny’s Bar serves kombucha on tap, with low-alcohol cocktails and alcohol-free mocktails.
