Booyah Gourmet

Booyah Gourmet, LLC is a family-run food business created by nutritionist and personal chef Babette Lamarre and her son, Julien Lamarre Tygett. Combining Babette’s experience developing nourishing recipes with Julien’s discerning palate and personal experience with gluten sensitivity, the team makes foods intended to balance flavor and nutrition. The company’s offerings include gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and nutrient-dense baked goods, staples and treats, with products made as low in carbohydrates as possible.

Its selection includes Booyaka Bites, a chocolatey, low-sugar treat available in almond, hazelnut and peanut flavors; sprouted nuts; lightly candied pecans and walnuts; and granola made with sprouted gluten-free oats and nuts. Other specialties include traditional family-recipe panforte, dried orange slices, and candied orange rind, offered plain or chocolate-covered. The business also describes a nutrient-dense keto bread and Italian chestnut mini cakes among its upcoming products. Booyah Gourmet has sold at the Great Falls Farmers Market, though it is currently taking a break from attending.
