Boramultisport

BoraMultisport Trieste is a sports association based in Trieste, Italy, focused on cycling and triathlon. With more than thirty years of sporting and organisational experience, it is affiliated with the Italian Triathlon Federation and ASI, an Italian sports promotion body. Its members range from 18 to 75 years old and have varied experience and fitness levels, creating an inclusive setting for amateur athletes.

The association supports road cycling, mountain biking, cycle touring, gravel, running, swimming and triathlon. Its Idea Triathlon programme, offered since 1995, introduces participants to multisport through a practical and theoretical pathway. A typical course runs for about two months and includes three weekly training sessions across swimming, cycling and running, with some combined workouts. Members take part in events ranging from sprint triathlons to long-distance races, as well as cycling races, randonnées, granfondos and recreational rides.

BoraMultisport also organises group training, social activities and non-competitive outings, including charitable events. Its Coppa Spritz recognises participation in selected races and club gatherings throughout the year.
