BORN Ontario is the Better Outcomes Registry & Network, funded by the Government of Ontario. As the prescribed perinatal, newborn, and child registry, BORN plays a crucial role in facilitating quality care for families across the province. Their mission is to improve care for pregnant individuals, children, and youth by linking information and providers to address care gaps and ensure the best possible beginnings for lifelong health.

BORN collects, interprets, shares, and protects high-quality data, making Ontario one of the safest places in the world to have a baby. They provide comprehensive and timely reports to support quality improvement, effective planning, administration, and management of healthcare delivery. BORN also supports research and innovation, offering scientific and technical leadership for Ontario's perinatal, child, and youth health system.
