Boss Babes of South Africa ® is an influential digital empowerment platform based in Sandton. Our mission is to uplift, motivate, and inspire women from all walks of life. Founded in March 2020 by Kovini Moodley, we saw a need for a proudly South African platform that celebrates the accomplishments of women.

Through our platform, we aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women. We provide daily motivational content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, along with Instagram Live interviews featuring influential South African women. Additionally, we offer face-to-face connect sessions that encourage creativity and progressive conversations on key topics.

In 2023, we launched new platforms to further empower women. BossEmpower offers digital masterclasses to small businesses and personal brands, helping them utilize social media tools for effective digital marketing. BossFluential focuses on collaborations between female-founded businesses and digital creatives, providing valuable marketing opportunities at no cost.

Future launches in 2023 include BossMentorship, where selfless women will mentor and develop young leaders, offering skills such as EQ, public speaking, and personal mentorship.
