Boston Balloon Studio creates custom balloon décor and event installations for celebrations, weddings, and corporate events across Greater Boston, the South Shore, and MetroWest. Formerly Boston Balloon Factory, the studio continues with the same team under a new name, combining creative styling with careful event planning.

Its services include sculptural balloon garlands, styled backdrops, full-room installations, entrance arches, columns, and branded corporate displays for galas, trade shows, and conferences. Designs are tailored to each space and occasion, with color matching, varied balloon sizes, and options such as backdrop rentals and venue floorplan planning. The studio also provides on-site styling and installation, with delivery and post-event removal available as specified in each proposal.

Clients begin by sharing their event date, venue, and design vision. Boston Balloon Studio then recommends palettes and proportions and provides an itemized proposal outlining deliverables, dimensions, scheduling, and costs. The team serves communities including Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Natick, Weston, and Foxboro, with extended New England travel quoted by project.
