Bōtan

Customers can place flower orders for pickup or delivery, with a two-day lead time. The shop also invites people to join its Flower Club, providing another way to stay connected with its floral offerings.

Beyond ordering flowers, bōtan offers Flower School classes that introduce participants to its approach to design. Classes may feature seasonal varieties and creative arrangements, such as a fall design in a pumpkin-shaped vessel; spaces can be limited, so early sign-up is encouraged. The shop also welcomes inquiries about wedding flowers, making it a resource for customers planning floral details for their celebrations. Its website includes flower care information and a question-and-answer section to help customers learn more about looking after their flowers. With ordering, classes, wedding inquiries, and practical care guidance, bōtan brings together a neighborhood flower shop and a hands-on floral learning experience in Buffalo.
