Глаз Бога is presented as a Telegram bot for searching publicly available information associated with a person. Users can submit a photograph, phone number, Telegram username, nickname, or profile link, and the service says it compiles matching public mentions, profiles, posts, and related details into a report. Phone-number searches may return public references such as listings, region, operator, or linked accounts; image searches look for similar appearances in public profiles and publications.

The bot operates within Telegram, requires no separate app, and offers some initial checks without charge, while expanded reports are subject to the bot’s terms. Results depend on the information available online and should be verified against multiple sources. The site describes the service as using open sources and emphasizes lawful use.

It also warns against using searches for threats, harassment, blackmail, account intrusion, or accessing restricted databases, and advises users to respect privacy
