About Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative
BottleDrop is Oregon’s premier beverage container redemption program, dedicated to maintaining the state’s beautiful landscape through effective recycling practices. As stewards of the Bottle Bill, BottleDrop offers a user-friendly solution for returning recyclable bottles and cans, promoting a cleaner, greener community. With 27 full-service Redemption Centers and convenient self-serve machines, individuals can easily redeem their containers for cash or store credit.
The Green Bag Program allows users to fill bags of qualifying containers and drop them at designated locations, receiving credit within a week. For nonprofits, BottleDrop provides fundraising opportunities via the Blue Bag program, helping organizations rally support while contributing to environmental sustainability. Through initiatives like BottleDrop Plus, users can earn 20% more on their refunds, making it even easier to recycle and save for educational expenses by linking to Oregon College Savings Plans.
Each year, BottleDrop redeems and recycles over two billion containers, making it one of the most successful programs nationwide. Join BottleDrop in keeping Oregon clean and responsible!
