Bottlenoses is a youth human and soccer development organization serving families in Frisco, Allen, Plano, McKinney, The Colony, Prosper, Coppell, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, and Lewisville, Texas. Its approach combines soccer training with broader support to help girls and boys grow as confident, resilient, and well-rounded people. Programs address technical skills, game intelligence, speed of play, positioning, and possession, alongside conditioning that includes speed, acceleration, and upper- and lower-body strength.

Bottlenoses also offers recovery support, such as compression and cold and heat treatments, as well as cupping. Athletes receive guidance on nutrition before, during, and after games or practices, plus injury-prevention preparation through dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and muscle activation. The organization highlights mentorship and guidance from professional female players as part of its development offering.

Families can choose a program, schedule sessions, and register online. Bottlenoses also provides resources including articles and a podcast, and features Canteraz Soccer Academy, club training programs, and the Bottlenoses Foundation and “Let’s Grow” initiative
