Boucherie is a group of French restaurants in the United States, bringing the spirit of a traditional brasserie to major American cities. Inspired by the carefree philosophy of La Belle Époque, the brand combines the indulgence of a steakhouse with the character of a refined Parisian dining room. Its restaurants celebrate good food and joie de vivre, offering a menu of French classics, timeless bistro favorites, prime meats, and dry-aged steaks. Boucherie also emphasizes natural methods for sourcing and preparing food, with the aim of creating an inviting and memorable brasserie experience.

Guests can find Boucherie locations and related concepts in New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Miami. New York venues include La Grande Boucherie, Boucherie West Village, Boucherie Union Square, and Petite Boucherie. The wider restaurant group also includes concepts such as OLIO E PIÙ and Omakase Room, bringing together French, Italian, and Japanese influences in spaces shaped for American cities. The group offers reservations and hosts events, while continuing to develop relationships with local communities.
