Boussole Wellness

Boussole Wellness Coaching supports women experiencing burnout, overwhelm, and exhaustion as they work toward greater balance, purpose, and fulfillment. Founded by Amanda Rupp, a certified life and holistic wellness coach who has experienced burnout herself, the practice offers personalized guidance to help clients understand the sources of stress and make lasting changes.

Its coaching focuses on practical strategies for improving work-life balance, managing time and workload, setting healthy boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and building sustainable habits. Clients can also explore their core values and career direction, including ways to reconnect with teaching or consider alternative paths when their current work no longer feels aligned. The goal is to help women regain energy, clarify meaningful goals, and create a life that better reflects what matters to them.

Boussole offers several Wellness 360™ options: an on-the-go self-guided program, a 30-day Jumpstart coaching program, and a 90-day Intensive transformational coaching program. The brand also provides a free Healthy Habits Guide and Tracker, discovery calls, and a wellness blog featuring topics such as burnout, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.
