CAA Fight & Fitness is a boxing club in Ostrava-Zábřeh, based at Kubík Fitness, offering welcoming training for people with varied abilities, experience and fitness goals. Founded in 2015 by professional boxer Ester Konečná, the club combines knowledgeable coaching with a friendly, supportive community. Its program includes group boxing sessions for all levels, a separate women’s fitboxing class, morning group training and private coaching for club members.

Individual sessions are arranged in advance and tailored to participants’ health, sporting background and fitness, making them suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. The club also holds a three-day boxing camp in Klokočov, bringing team training together with teambuilding. CAA Fight & Fitness presents boxing as a way to build fitness and strength, improve focus and mood, and relieve stress after work.
