Boxe Moirans

Thaing Bando Moirans is a nonprofit association based in Moirans, Isère, between Grenoble and Voiron, dedicated to Burmese martial arts and, in particular, Burmese boxing, also known as Bando. The club introduces members to Thaing, a broad term for self-defence and the traditional combat practices of Myanmar. Described as a family-oriented group with extensive experience, it welcomes people ranging from beginners to seasoned fighters.
