Boxe Latina

Boxe Latina is a historic boxing gym in the city of Latina, Italy, with a tradition dating back to 1956. It welcomes people who want to practise boxing recreationally or competitively, offering training for beginners, experienced athletes, children and young people. Its competitive boxing programme develops speed, agility, strength and endurance, and athletes take part in regional and national competitions.

The gym also offers Light Boxe, which focuses on boxing technique, movement and strategy without full contact, and prepugilistica, a non-contact introduction to boxing using activities such as skipping, bag work, shadow boxing and functional circuits. Boxe Junior introduces younger participants to sport through games, movement and technique in a safe setting without real contact or bouts. Additional options include functional training to improve strength, balance, stability and coordination, as well as private boxing lessons tailored to individual goals. Across its programmes, Boxe Latina presents sport as a way to build discipline, respect, confidence and self-control, while promoting an educational approach to boxing that teaches people to defend themselves, not to hurt others.
