Boxe Olympique Cernay (BOC) is a boxing club based at the Centre Sportif in Cernay, France. It welcomes participants interested in recreational, amateur, and professional boxing, with training options for different ages and goals. The club’s program includes mixed boxing sessions, women’s cardio, educational boxing for children aged 10 to 14, and Baby Boxing. Newcomers can attend a free trial session to discover the club, meet its team, and find a suitable class before completing registration.

Training focuses on the techniques and fitness benefits of English boxing, including punches, evasions, blocks, and counterattacks. Members can participate at their own pace, from once to several times a week, with or without coaching. BOC also stages educational and amateur boxing galas, alongside other events such as glove-color tests and regional championships. The club highlights its competitive achievements, including Moussa Gary’s French welterweight title in 2022, and reports 150 licensed members, five champions, and 52 tournaments.
