BOXEO MADRID

BoxeoMadrid, based at the El Rayo boxing gym, offers boxing training in Madrid for people of different ages, fitness levels and ambitions. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, its team provides group and private classes across the Community of Madrid, creating a friendly, respectful environment where students can learn technique, improve fitness and relieve stress.

Training options include non-contact boxing, women’s classes, children’s sessions, amateur boxing and professional preparation. Non-contact students receive coaching on technique and defence, with exercises using bags and pads; sparring is optional as they progress. Children’s classes use age-appropriate activities such as skipping, shadow boxing and partner drills without contact to develop coordination, discipline and confidence. Women can train with or without contact, while aspiring competitors can work alongside amateur and professional boxers, practise sparring and train in the gym’s official ring, which hosts events and championships.

BoxeoMadrid presents boxing as a full-body workout that can support cardiovascular health, coordination, strength, endurance and self-confidence.
