Boxerňa Senec

Demons Fighting Team (DFT), known as Boxerňa Senec, is a sports club in Senec and a member of the Slovak Boxing Federation. Established as a civic association in 2018, the club aims to make sport and physical activity accessible to people of different ages and abilities. It welcomes those pursuing competitive boxing, fitness, or practical self-defense, and presents its community as a family.

DFT offers boxing and combat-sport training for children, teenagers, and adults. Youth sessions introduce boxing fundamentals through non-contact, game-based exercises that develop coordination, fitness, discipline, and respect. Adult options include beginner boxing with light contact, advanced full-contact boxing, mixed-level boxing, and conditioning-focused Workout Box. Women can choose non-contact boxing and strength and fitness sessions, while women’s Thai boxing teaches foundational techniques alongside conditioning. The club also lists Thai boxing and training for beginners and advanced participants. Sessions combine technical practice, partner drills, bags and pads, strength work, and stretching as appropriate. A first trial session is free, and advance registration is required.
