Boxgym-Parkstad

BoxGym-Parkstad is a vibrant boxing club located in Kerkrade, founded by three friends: Tom van 't Hoff, Patrick op den Kamp, and Ernie Schaaf. Established on August 30, 2020, the club promotes a welcoming environment for all ages, operating under the guiding values of “Pleasure, Social, Safe, and Responsible.” BoxGym-Parkstad offers a unique training concept centered around the belief that boxing can be learned by anyone, making it accessible and enjoyable for all.

The club caters to two types of boxers: lifestyle boxers who focus on achieving physical and mental balance, and competitive boxers who participate in supervised sparring sessions. Training sessions are co-ed, fostering a balanced environment, with an approximate equal mix of men and women. Interested individuals can experience boxing first-hand through a trial lesson. BoxGym-Parkstad is not just about boxing; it's about building a community and contributing socially while enjoying the sport. Join us today and discover the excitement and intensity of boxing!
