BioTune® Sports-Center & Boxing Gym in Cologne offers boxing-inspired training for teenagers, groups and individuals. Its scheduled group sessions take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with visitors invited to enquire and join. The center also provides personal training built around the BioTune® method, which combines exercises from different sports with focused mental attention and precise movement.

Sessions aim to develop strength, fitness, coordination and body awareness, and the site describes the approach as supporting relief from back, neck and shoulder pain. BioTune® grew out of boxing training and emphasizes coordinating multiple areas of the body through tension, relaxation and movement. The workouts can also be combined with yoga, Pilates and Bodypump.

Personal training is offered with a money-back guarantee if clients do not achieve results. The website features testimonials from a sports scientist and a professional boxer, and points visitors to BioTune® fitness workouts on YouTube, along with information about the trainer’s books and social media updates. The Cologne-based gym is led by trainer Jerry Elliott
