Boxing Academy Kennemerland offers boxing and fitness training in a welcoming, personal setting. Its classes are designed for a wide range of ages and abilities, from beginners seeking an accessible introduction to experienced participants looking for a demanding workout. The academy emphasizes confidence, enjoyment, motivation and safety, supported by professional trainers and a friendly atmosphere.
The programme includes group boxing, Box & Burn, children’s boxing and kickboxing, and boxing for teens. For more individual support, members can choose one-to-one or partner personal training, as well as pad sessions for one or two people. The academy invites prospective members to try a free week and provides a membership test to help them explore their options.
Located in Velserbroek, the academy is part of MiDo Personal Gym and describes itself as an official boxing centre rather than a large, crowded gym. Its team includes owners and personal trainers, and the gym is a member of the Dutch Boxing Association.
